NOTE: 1) Hard Disks labeled “on ‘Client’” refer to hard disks on your local computer.

Example: The image to the right displays “C$ on ‘Client’ (V:)”

o “C$ on ‘Client’” identifies this hard disk as the C:\ drive on the local computer.
o “(V:)” refers to the drive letter assigned to this hard disk by Citrix®. Use this letter when
            working with files in Citrix®.

2) The hard disks and drive letter assignments that appear in Citrix® may change depending on the hard disks available on the remote computer.

For example, plugging a USB flash drive into the local computer before connecting to Citrix ® will add that hard disk to your Citrix® session. Citrix® will assign the USB flash drive a drive letter causing other drive letters to change.

How do I get to the “My Documents” folder on my local computer via Citrix®?

If you are using Windows XP, go to V:\Documents and Settings, select the username you use on your PC, then open “My Documents”.

What do the messages at the lower right of the Citrix ® page mean?

The “ Message Center ” displays notices from the system administrator as well as helpful error messages including notifying you of an incorrect username and password combination.

What else should I know about Citrix ®?

Software applications are tested for use with Citrix ® throughout the year. New titles may be released so check back regularly!
