Accessing U: drive from a Mac
- To Access your U: drive, click on the desktop and then press APPLE-K.
- Type the following address into the server address field and click CONNECT.
smb://wf1a
- Enter your Graduate Center ID under "Name" & your Graduate Center Password under "Password". Click on "OK".
- Select the network share you would like to mount.

U: drive Locations
Notes on syntax:
In Windows the path format is file:\\wf1a
In Mac OS X the path format for connecting to the windows share is smb://wf1a
Note the backslash used in windows and the forward slash used in Mac OS X. The forward slash is used in this document in order to present the version of the file path used by 2 out of 3 operating systems (Linux and Mac OS X).
