Windows: "Out of Memory or System Resources..."

This means you have too many applications open at once.

Save what you’re working on then close 1 or 2 applications.
You can view your memory usage by holding down the Ctrl + Alt + delete key at the same time.
Then press the Task Manager button.
At the bottom of the dialog box you will see CPU Usage:

If you see 85% to 100% that means your computer has ran out of memory to run all the applications you have open.

Solution: Install more memory on your machine.

Suggestion: increase 512MB to a 2GB.
